Dear Ashish, LPU is known for its B.Tech. On CSE programme. When I say known for, I am considering 23 pointers including placements, curriculum and infrastructural facilities. Lets look at them one by one - Curriculum: LPU has an industry centered curriculum. The specializations offered under this programme are relevant as per the latest industry trends. Some of them include Big Data, Machine Learning, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing and Data Analysis. While the basics of CSE are taught in each specialisation over time, you can select which field you want to specialist in and focus your energy on it. You can also select the programme beforehand when you are selecting the programme. The curriculum includes a lot of training sessions and certifications. The university has tied up with 200+ industry giants including Google, Microsoft, SAP, Oracle and VMWare. These organisations keep organizing various sessions and certification classes with the students of CSE. There are industry experts visiting the university for lectures along with full time faculty available to guide and mentor the kids. Regular guest lectures and seminars are also held. Students are given the opportunity to explore and practice what they learn. A lot of emphasis is given to practical and hands-on training. Lovely professional University is best place for B.Tech CSE. LPU is Great in teaching, placements, infrastructure or other facilities. It provides specialisation also in Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, Machine Learning, Full Stack Web Development, Big Data, etc. With a great curriculum which is benchmarked with foreign universities. Placements are also good. CSE students got placement in Amazon with a package of 28 LPA. As per the last year record of LPU, the average packages in CSE are from 4 to 10 LPA. LPU prepares student for placement by giving lot of extra inputs like personality development class, soft skills class, etc.
