Which one is better for CSE between Seemant Institute Of Technology, Pithoragarh, Uttarakhand (JEE Mains) and Lucknow University (UPSEE)?

I'll prefer you the UPSEE as this is better in than the Seemant Institute in terms of environment, study pattern and there curriculum as well.

Actually, I don't know about SIT, but LU is not suggested by me Since I live in Lucknow and I know about the scenario of LU. LU's B.Tech course is very new and no one could foretell about its placements.
