Which one is better for CSE/IT: DBIT, RGIT, RAIT, TCET, VIT-Mumbai and DYPCE-Pune considering all aspects?

In Pune, only 3-4 colleges are good and DY Patil is not among them. I'd suggest you not to go for Pune colleges if you're going for CS. There are better colleges in Mumbai than Pune and placement rates are also great. If you want to go for CS prefer VIT then RGIT and then RAIT.

Depends which place is near to where u are staying. Rgit and vit are same others are out of competition.
