Which one is better for ECC, NIELIT Pali or NIELIT Patna?

<p>National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) &nbsp;is an autonomous body of Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Govt. of India. It was made to provide knowledge and skill development in the field on Information, Electronics and Communications Technology among students. Both Nielit Patna and Nielit Pali are constitutes of NIELIT and provides quality educational courses in the areas of Information, Electronics &amp; Communication Technology (IECT). Nielit Pali Nielit Pali provides quality educational courses in Information, Electronics and Communication Technology (IECT). It offers around five digital literacy courses including ECC (Expert Computer Course) at very affordable cost. However, though Nielit Patna offers more than 10 quality courses to its students, it doesn't offer ECC course.&nbsp;</p>
