B.Tech CSE is the most accepted degree for seeking career opportunities in IT industry. B.Tech is a rigorous higher engineering degree of 4 years duration in comparison to BCA. With BCA, you can get only entry level junior role jobs only. You may take 3 to 4 years of experience after BCA to catch up with B.Tech entry level salaries.

B.Tech is good option. But, in BCA, there is study of computer hardware, software and basics, etc. Whereas, in B.Tech, there is study of hardware, software, etc. but not the basics. So, BCA is good.
