which one is better for graduation(BA), sikkim manipal or ignou, if i want to score more marks, alteast 60%

i want to do graduation BA course through correspondence, confused between sikkim manipal and ignou, i want alest 60% marks in graduation, so that i can apply for promotion in my job..., is there any other recognised university where i can score good marks...plz help...
