IHM Lucknow is much better ranked college than IHM Shillong, because of the placement and easily approachable institute, and interns are also easily available here in Lucknow because of many luxurious hotels are present near it.

Hi,
IHM Lucknow is better than IHM Shillong as it offers better exposure and better placement opportunities.
The admission in both the institutes is based on NCHMCT Joint Entrance Exam.
There are other institutes in the country such as IHM Mumbai, IHM Pusa, IHM Bengaluru, IHM Aurangabad( Taj) etc. which are better than both IHM Lucknow and IHM Shilong and if you get good rank in NCHMCT entrance exam you can get one of them as well.
