If you want to go for traditional colleges, go for Jamia but if you want to go with the futuristic syllabus (which is introduced after 2016), you can go for DSNLU.

Things to consider while preferring any college over other: fee, location of the college, placements, faculty, crowd. For fee, give heads up to Jamia without a doubt. Suitableness of the location of the college is something subjective. Jamia is in north, DSNLU in south. It's you who can help yoursel
