Which one is better for M.Sc among microbiology and biotechnology? I have done B.Sc honors in microbiology.

If you are interested in company side, opt for biotechnology or if you are interested in the medical line, opt for microbiology rather than biotechnology. For microbiology, you have to stick to it, but if you opt for biotechnology, you can study a wide variety of subjects.
