Post graduate Diploma in Canada will cost you between INR 15 Lacs to INR 20 Lacs. It is one year programme and in Canada, if you do this one year programme, you are allowed to stay back for one year. Only if you have done 4 year degree programme, you can do this programme. M.Sc in UK is a one year post graduate degree. This cannot be compared with PG Diploma, because it is a post graduate degree. This is one of the best education system in the world, and you will be learning the latest in the field. Which PGD course in Canada you are interested in? If it is management, then it is worth pursuing. Or, if it is some technical course, I would suggest not doing it, as it may not be considered equivalent to Master's degree. UK and Australia both are good, but try to choose a better college among all three. But, on the side note, UK is good for Indian Students and Visa rules are also relaxed there.
