Post graduate Diploma in Canada will cost you between INR 15 Lacs to INR 20 Lacs. It is one year programme and in Canada, if you do this one year programme, you are allowed to stay back for one year. Which PGD course in Canada you are interested in? If it is management, then it is worth pursuing. Or, if it is some technical course, I would suggest not doing it, as it may not be considered equivalent to Master's degree. UK and Australia both are good, but try to choose a better college among all
