Which one is better for Master in Electrical Engineeering India or Abroad?
Recently graduated having 8.17 CGPA in acedemics.Also appeared for GRE and scored 300/2.5.

By default it is abroad because of the facilities available and the reputation (if it is in a good recognized top ranked institute). Nonetheless if it is in an IIT or IISC in India it is equally good!

USA is better than any other country in the field of EE. You have decent GRE. You can apply to EE programs accredited by ABET. You also need to score well on your TOEFL. All the best.
