    It depends on what you are doing at the moment. If you are doing a very good job and the one which you like, but you still want to gain knowledge while doing your work then part-time MBA i.e executive MBA can be an option for you.
    If you love whatever work you do and if you are satisfied then don't leave the job. If you want to study in the meantime and you just want a degree for the sake of the name then its okay to go for part-time MBA.
    But, once you went through rigorous 2-years of full-time MBA in a good reputed college then your behavior, how you talk, how you think, how you perceive others, all these things change. So it is the hol

    Hello Megh,
    There is a lot of difference between the full-time programmes of the MBA course and part-time MBA programme.
    Differences are based on the standard of the education given, the type of jobs offered and the kind of salary paid and most importantly the quality of the student.
