    While both the institutes are prestigious and well recognised by students. IIM Ranchi has a slightly better edge in terms of placement for MBA . the highest international placement package went upto as good as INR 67 Lacs per annum, followed by the highest domestic package at INR 35.50 Lacs per annum, average package stood at INR 17.3 Lacs per annum, which is better than XISS. The placement percentage for the year 2023 was 100 percent.

    When comparing XISS Ranchi and IIM Ranchi for MBA programs, IIM Ranchi is considered the better option. IIM Ranchi is ranked as the top college in Ranchi for MBA education. Additionally, IIM Ranchi is known for providing high-quality MBA programs with excellent placements and a rigorous selection process, making it a prestigious choice for MBA studies. On the other hand, XISS Ranchi is also a top institute, but IIM Ranchi is generally regarded as the superior choice for pursuing an MBA

IIM Ranchi is one of the prestigious IIMs in India, known for its strong academic curriculum, esteemed faculty, and strong industry connections and also provide excellent packages with the highest package of INR 35.5 LPA.On the other hand, XISS Ranchi offers a practical and industry-oriented approach to MBA education, with a focus on development and social responsibility. While IIM Ranchi may have a wider brand recognition, XISS Ranchi provides a personalized attention to students and the highest of XISS ranchi is INR 20.50 LPA.
