Which one is better for me among B.Tech (CS) and BCA with PET?

B.Tech CS is a very good career over BCA but if you are preparing for a government job especially for bank and many other fields then BCA is a good career option for you. This is because it takes only three years to complete your graduation which otherwise B.Tech takes 4 years so if you want to achieve your degree rapidly then do BCA but if you want to enhance your skill and as well as enhance yourself then you should pursue B.Tech from a very good university. Especially if you are trying for B.Tech computer science then you have to work harder and you will achieve more.

B.Tech makes you an engineer in computer science while BCA is just a graduation degree with least scope as compared to B.Tech. So, go with B.Tech in CS. All the very best.

Well in my opinion, I will recommend Lovely Professional University for both the programmes but there is more scope to B.Tech CSE. Hello, The selection of which course to pursue, whether BCA or B.Tech CS is a major decision, as it will most likely reflect in your performance in the course. Consider which aspect of computers do you like the most, whether it is application, concept or theory. BCA or Bachelor of Computer Application imparts knowledge about computer applications whereas B.Tech CSE trains students for computer engineering. A BCA graduate is a software programmer armed with the knowledge of scripting as well as programming languages like C, C+, Java, HTML, PHP etc. Whereas B.Tech graduate has detailed knowledge of both hardware and software. B.Tech. Is a four-year undergraduate programme; BCA is a three-year undergraduate programme. BCA makes you adept at the application level of computers whereas B.Tech makes you proficient at the technical level (Software, Hardware, applications etc. ) For getting admission into B Tech engineering, most students appear for the national level Joint Entrance Exam, popularly known as JEE. Almost every college requires clearing an entrance exam in the country. For any of these course, you require a apt academic partner. As per my experience I would suggest you LPU. LPU has experienced faculty, well-equipped labs, excellent placements, complete training and placements assistance. LPU has lot more for excellent learning. I hope this helps. All the Best.
