B.Tech CS is a very good career over BCA but if you are preparing for a government job especially for bank and many other fields then BCA is a good career option for you. B.Tech makes you an engineer in computer science while BCA is just a graduation degree with least scope as compared to B.Tech. So, go with B.Tech in CS.

A lot depends on your interest too but I would vouch for B.Tech CSE. The premier institution of LPU would come to me.
