US is better because there are the more IT companies in the USA than Netherland and after you perform in a better way, they can select you in campus selection.

Dear Shaik, Apparently, both are good. You must also consider factors like post study work option being a Masters student and in this case Netherlands takes the prize. UK currently has very tight immigration policies I am afraid. Ireland is also remarkable destination.
