Which one is better for Msc. Fashion design(delhi) - INIFD or INSD.And are they UGC/AICPTE authorised.

I am persuing Bsc. life sciences & want to learn fashion design from good institute.I am visiting and inverstigating best institutes.So,i want to know which institute is best for MSc.(FD)- INSD or INIFD.They are UGC/AICPTE authorised & also about placement.I scored around 56% in Bsc. & doing events.
