Which one is better for PGDM in HR among RIIM, PIBM and IBS&M?

Yes, it is right decision to take admission in RIIM Pune. There are many MBA colleges in Pune but according to me Riim Pune is one of the best college for MBA because they provide you placement readiness training, best return on investment I. e if you are investing 4.75- 6.3 Lacs in a course you are able to recover it in your placement. They provide 500+ ADVANCED EMPLOYABILITY & LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME (AELDP) where they with upon Enhancing English Spoken & Written Ability, Comprehensive Aptitude training & testing, IT Skills Development, Placement Readiness Training (Rigorous Mock Group Discussions and Personal Interviews with Industry Expert Panellists), Leadership Lab, Corporate Launchpad, Student Committees and Functional Clubs. According to me, RIIM Pune is a better option. They are a part of Malpani group of institutions so they already belong to corporate background hence they have a very practical approach towards curriculum.

I am not much aware of other colleges, but many of my friends have done their MBA/PGDM from PIBM. And they only have praises for this B-school. As far as I know, they have unique training methods updated and designed as per the industry requirements. You can do PGDM in HR from PIBM. They have regular corporate sessions, Mock GD/PIs, Industry Visits, Live Projects, Dual internships, and so on. The students undergo special training in communication and aptitude which is quite essential in this competitive corporate world. Even during the pandemic, PIBM ensured that the placements and internship process continues through online mode. All the best!

You can choose RIIM PUNE. The PGDM programme offered by institute offers a 5 days industrial tour to Singapore where students are introduced to foreign work and industrial cultures. The IBEP (International Business Exposure programme) at UK/France. This is one the unique programs offered by RIIM Pune. This programme gives students to undergo study programme in top universities of the given countries. An opportunity to learn from best and get maximum after completion of MBA. There are quite a few options rather best options in Pune. But then again we can differentiate between them according ti our preferences and priorities. Affordable fees, More and satisfactory return of that Curriculum Intake ( Preferably less crowded in order to get a quality placement Certifications ( Which are trending and demanded the most by Companies) Most importantly Practical exposure ( Although its a part of a curriculum But again it differs place to place) Best of faculties Culture And result of this reflects in Placements So according to that one institute is perfect and has all of above points covered. And trusted institute in Pune. You should really check it. My personal experience is very good with this. So i recommend the same. You will not regret this decision.
