    Hi Nistha,
Both are very good colleges for doing pharmacy. But, I would say BITS-Pilani certainly has an edge over MIT-Manipal. The reason being the infrastructure, labs, faculty members, pedagogy and the pool of intellectual peers here are better than Manipal. There is a good scope for performing research and even the Placements are quite good. As BITS offers a high flexibility of electives, you can also get some good offers in a different line, if you are interested. Though MIT Manipal is also a good college and has a decent ranking in pharmacy, take your decision as per your choice.
    Best wishes.

In present day scenario, BITS is better as compared to Manipal University in all the aspects. Manipal University may grow up in future, but for now BITS is better.

BITS, Pilani and MIT are both very old colleges and are alike in many things they have to offer. Manipal stands with BITS, Pilani on many policies such as being an old institute no reservation or management quota. Students are admitted on merit. Both are private institutes and have huge alumni network. Placements of Manipal are very good and in some cases close to placements of some branches of Pilani. Also, Manipal is hugely underrated as people prefer VIT, SRM etc. Overall, I think that BITS, Pilani is better than Manipal in the present scenario.
