Which one is better for pursuing aerospace engineering: IISC or IIST in terms of salary and placements?

IISc, Bangalore is very old establishment known for its excellent academic atmosphere. In fact the girl who stood first amongst girls in JEE Mains, this year has declared her intention to join this rather than go to any IIT! IIST is sponsored by ISRO and hence it is believed that placements in ISRO would be from this, but this is not authenticated.
My advise join any one. Both are equally good.
