Which one is better- holding an integrated B.Tech + MBA degree or first doing B.Tech and then a separate MBA course?

First, do B.Tech then go for job and then take up MBA. That is the best option.

Pursue it separately. Management courses must be pursued in specialized business schools. The best 100 schools must be your target.
