Hi,
Tata Institute of Social Sciences TISS conducts Bachelors Admission Test (BAT) in order to provide admission to candidates in different B.A. Programmes offered by it. HSEE is conducted by IIT Madras to shortlist aspirants for admission in five year integrated Master of Arts M.A. Programme offered by the college. The first two years of the M.A. Programme offered at IIT Madras are the same. However, after that the course branches into two streams Integrated M.A. In Development Studies and Integrated M.A. In English Studies. Yes, there is negative marking scheme uptil the last year as for this year you have to visit HSEE official website or you can get to know at the time of entrance test in the instructions.
