Which one is better: IIIT-Sri City for electronics or mechanical at NIT, Silchar?

I think IIIT-Sricity is better than NIT, Silchar. As IIITs follow the curriculum of IIIT Hyderabad, which is one of the top universities in India.

Faculty and placement wise comparison etc. Basically, I have to choose between IIIT Sricity electronics, NIT Silchar mechanics or Jamia Millia Islamia CSE. I wanted a comparison that can help me decide.
