Which one is better IMI Kolkata PGDM or SIESCOMS PGDM?

I have experience of 2 years in an MNC. Which one would be suitable for me?

You can repeat if you really wish to. But then, use the gap period productively by pursuing some relevant certification courses, live project/internship, etc. Which will add more weight age to your CV.
