Which one is better in terms of scope: Diploma+B.Tech in CSE or B.Tech (biotechnology)+MBA?

Diploma+B.Tech in CSE has much scope over B.Tech+MBA. Because CSE graduates are in commanding position with other disciplines. Higher salary package and higher opportunities for placement are the main attraction of this branch.
