IGRUA is the best, they are government aided and have the best infrastructure, instructors, aircrafts and other facilities. They also have a tie-up with CAE, hence the quality of training and exposure is much better. Chimes is also doing good when it comes to private institutions. They operate from an uncontrolled airfield and usually have to go to Bhopal or some other controlled airfield to practise instrument flying procedures. The instructors are although good and same is the condition of their airplanes. Both the institutions have good in-house accommodation facilities available and the infrastructure is also comparable.
