Without any second thought I can say that ITM Business school Khargar is the best one out of the options asked in the question. It ranks higher, it has rich legacy, its alumni network is the strongest of them all, its selection criteria os the strictest of them all, its syllabi is most advanced out

Hello, Considering the brand name, placement opportunities, and ROI, Welingkar is a much better option than ITM. For pursuing PGDM in HR. You may keep ITM as a backup though.

Welingar is better one, ITM is the famous college before 7 years or 8 years, but now it is loosing it's importance. If a student goes for interview in ITM, he should take the DD with him on that day itself. By this, you can understand the progress there.
