Which one is better, M.Sc (IT) or MCA?

MCA is better than M.Sc (IT) -
It is my personal opinion that, MCA is better than MS because MCA graduates get a lot of opportunities in private sector as well as in the government sector. They can work in information technology and software field but whereas MS is restricted to the branch you choose. And MS in IT is a good branch but I think MCA as a better one.

MCA could be better option. Most of the institutes require 45 to 50 % aggregate in qualifying exam for taking admission. One must have studied Mathematics in 10+2 as a compulsory subject. Direct admissions are done on the basis of merit in qualifying exam. After taking entrance test qualified students are called for counselling. Counselling is conducted for seat allotment in various colleges under that university.
