Go for the integrated course in VIT. Data Scientist is the hottest job. Also VIT provides good campus and curriculum is updated there. Data Science has a huge scope in the future.

I am a student of B.Tech CSE at VIT and with respect to my conversations with seniors, I can assure you that M.Tech at VIT is good. I don't have information about Amrita but for VIT, I can vouch. VIT's campus, faculty members, extra opportunities are so much better than other colleges that you will excel anyway.

Since Data Science is like highly demanded at present situation, I suggest you to go with CSE with Data Science. And even VIT Vellore is the top private college in India which ensures good placement with good packages and education wise it's really great.
