Which one is better; M.Tech or Integrated M.Tech? What are the advantages and disadvantages of an integrated programme?

Integrated courses provide you both the degree within 5 years I. e Bachelors and Masters whereas going for B.Tech and then M.Tech will take time approximately 6 years.
