Which one is better: MBA in event management or MBA in HR?

The most ideal students for MBA in HR are those that apart from getting the desired marks, have good communications skills as this will help develop good relationships among people in the workplace. Similarly, supervisory and planning skills will make the person an ideal candidate for getting a job in HR Management n future. On the other hand, Event management requires constant interaction with stakeholders and clients, therefore, good communication skills come in handy. Leadership and decision making skills are also essential in this field as managers will be required to guide their teams in order to fulfill their responsibilities carefully.
