B.Com I have done but don't want to go in finance and commerce stream.

    Hello,Both are totally different fields; choose the one which interests you more. Neutrally speaking, MBA (HR) is a better choice. Irrespective of the choice, pursue them only from a good college. Good luck.

    It is depands on your interest, if you don't want go for commerce then MBA is better option. M. B.A. Is a Bechelor degree course and the duration of this course is three years which is divided into four semesters. This course focus on Business Management stream and it get you a professional post in the corporate sector. So MBA is good option for your future and anyone can get good position in corporate sector or good job. Thanks.

    In MBA you can definitely go for HR. You need to have good communication skills as well as presentations skills. HR graduates will deal with job roles like People's Management, Innovation Team, Labour/Law Management. A good number of opportunities in IT are there in HR. Apart from HR you can also look for Operations, Data Science, Marketing as well.
