Health Care Management is a broader field with better scope. If you are open about your future preferences for job and career, then go for health care management. If you are sure that you want to run a hospital post MBA, only then go for hospital management.

I think Healthcare Management is good. If you wish to work in Corporate Hospitals or wish to administer any local hospital, then it is good for you.
