Which one is better: MCA or MS?

It is my personal opinion that, MCA is better than MS because MCA graduates get a lot of opportunities in private sector as well as in the government sector. They can work in information technology and software field but whereas MS is restricted to the branch you choose.

MCA graduates seeking good career opportunity in the Information Technology (IT) field in Software Development, Website Development, (Database Administrator) DBA, Hardware & Networking field etc. While, MS students have better career options in the field of Artificial Intelligence, Network security,
