    Both are equally good, but you can still specialise in energy domain with the HR skill. Added advantage being, you will know both about energy and HR.

    Hi Nishant,
    Both the PGDM-HRM and PGDM EM are different courses. HRM is a traditional course but energy management is a completely specialized course. The energy sector of India is growing very fast and to cope with that massive growth India needs skilled energy management specialists. This is the first institution in India where mammoth power sector company NTPC and the IIM Ahmedabad has joined their hands.
