    PGDM is post graduate Diploma in management and MBA is master of business administration. The major difference comes practically when you are getting a job. The salary package will be less as compared to an MBA graduate if you do PGDM. Masters certificate has more value as compared to PGDM. There are lot of campuses which offer both.Also the fees structure for PGDM will be less as compared to MBA if you observe in certain campuses.

    A PGDM course adds more value to the overall development of an individual, personally and professionally. Also, it awakens the entrepreneur in them. An MBA on the other hand only targets the professional development of an individual. To know more about these courses, visit this link:
