    The choice between both positions depends on factors such as individual career preferences, the nature of the roles, etc. RBI Assistant and SBI PO are both the most sought-after banking positions in the country. RBI Assistant involves clerical and assistant takes in various departments of the Reserve Bank of India whereas SBI PO is a probationary officer role, which is a managerial position in the banking sector.     SBI PO and RBI Assistant are the most sought after banking exams in the country. The participation of candidates is more in SBI PO than RBI Assistant. The number of vacancies are more in SBI PO than in RBI Assistant. SBI PO is conducted for the recruitment of Probationary Officers in the various branches of SBI. RBI Assistant exam is conducted for recruitment of Assistants in the various region-wise offices in RBI. There is a difference in the selection process of SBI PO and RBI Assistant.
