Both the universities are good. If you are good at communication and circuits, ECE is a good choice. The scope of ECE is very high. You can join the IT industry, airlines, telecommunication, etc. The Indian armed forces also provide jobs for electronics and communication engineers. I will highlight some of the features : 1) The faculty, the infrastructure, and other facilities are excellent. 2) The placements are 100%, and the preparation begins from the very first year. The highest package offered for the academic year 20202021 was 31LPA by Code Nation. 3) More than twelve Centers of Excellence were established by reputable companies like Automation Anyware, Texas Instruments, CISCO, SAP, Cadence, etc. 4) There is an innovation studio in LPU where students can work on their ideas. Moreover, in 2019, when the Indian Science Congress was held in LPU, LPU Students also design Solar-powered Driverless Bus to ferry PM Modi to Indian Science Congress 2019 in this studio.
