I'd like to tell you about a university that is very renowned and well suited for the studies of engineering. Manan Aggarwal · Answer

Being a student myself in the CSE branch, I know a lot about the engineering programme of LPU. I researched a lot about different institutions but I stuck to LPU because it aligned with my goals. So, I registered in LPU, gave LPU NEST (qualifying and Scholarship Exam and got myself a scholarship of 40% which was the maximum scholarship possible in the B.Tech CSE (Hons. ). Programme. Scholarship: Now, coming to the comparison part, I don't usually compare things. Everyone is special in their own aspect but one thing that I couldn't help but notice that the process of admission in LPU is so convenient and smooth as compared to other universities. Other universities can shatter the confidence of a student by vigorous and cumbersome counseling sessions (with no flexibilities) which make the student lose confidence and increase the stress on them. I have seen other colleges/universities asking for a hefty amount for an even lesser quality of education. Curriculum: Innovative Curriculum: New Courses According to Industry Requirement In order to expose our students to the industry standards and benchmarks, our courses are mapped and are run in line with industry requirements. Competitive Programming Students are exposed to higher-order problem-solving skills by making them part of competitive programming events like Codechef, Hackerrank, Topcoder etc. Project-Based Learning A dynamic approach in which students explore real-world problems and challenges to solve Minor Projects, Live projects and Design Problem challenges. Since everything boils down to placements so Id say placements are pretty impressive actually. LPU is capable of giving ample opportunities to the students by bringing diverse companies under one roof for deserving students. Placements: Gurpreet Singh got Package of 26.73LAC in INTERVIEWBIT. The skill accomplishment of our students was brought to fore when one of our students Mr. Gurpreet Singh bagged a package of 26.73 LAC in INTERVIEWBIT. The array of skills possessed by our students was more than exemplified with the package offering. Around 242 students aligned with the discipline of Computer Science and Engineering received placement offers from top tech companies. Of these 130 students got offers from CTS and 112 students were offered a package of 3.4 LPA from Capgemini.
