Which one is better SPJIMR's PGPFMB or IIM-B's MPEFB?

IIMB brand name will trump that of SP Jain's anyday. It is what you feel adds more value to your profie.
PS - I am really sorry, I don't have as much knowledge on the two programs, as I would have liked, to answer this question. -
The second option is always good as you have more scope and IIM's name attached to the degree.
