Which one is better to choose after +2 science among physiotherapy, optometry, radiology and MBA?

Go for radiology . It's the most demanding one and salary offered in radiology is also relatively high. If you want to go for Management then MBA, if you want to stay in Medical field, then go for radiology.

In my opinion, Allied Science is one of the best courses for your higher studies.
