It depends upon your choice, if you want good salary job then choose MBA. You can choose both MBA and MCA after B.Com. Many university's and B-School in India offer MBA business analysis, information technology systems and subjects related to computer Application. In MBA you got both managerial and technology skill.

If you don't get good college likes IIM etc. for MBA, then go for MCA. If your first priority is to start startup, then improve your programming skills.
MBA or MCA both are good courses. As MBA is a management course and MCA is software course. Both are different fields. So, you can choose your field of interest. If you have interest in software field, then you should do MCA. And, if you have interest in management field, then you should choose MBA for your career. And both have many scopes, so after that you will get good job in many companies and also get good salary package. There is not much difference in the salary for the MBA and

Obviously MBA, for MCA, you need to have BCA and have past knowledge regarding computer applications but after B.Com, you generally have the knowledge and skill-sets of accounting and business management. So, it will help in MBA. So, go for MBA.

If you are very good in mathematics, you should take MCA. If you are good in dealing with people, MBA would be best for you. You have to work very hard in both. Being good in English is very useful. Read grammar books. Rogers's thesaurus is good for English, Read newspaper, Magazine in English.

I will prefer MBA. MCA is a technical field. In India, lots of B.Tech and MCA etc. holders are not able to get a job and working with very low salary and facing lots of difficulties, but now a days the most important thing is to from where you have pursued your higher education.

MBA is better to choose after B.Com, because when you do Bachelor's degree in computer application, then only it is beneficial to do Masters in computer application. However, after B.Com you can either go for M.Com or MBA. MBA has good packages and guaranteed jobs. Go for it. Give CAT XAT to get admission in MBA. All the best.

MBA is a better and good option after doing B.Com as MBA will enhance your skills in both management and administration fields. Try to do MBA from a good and reputed college.
