Which one is better to do MBA among TN, PSG or Amrita school of Business or PGDM in Thiyagarajar school of Management? My MAT score is 86%.

All these colleges are the best based on different factors but for PGDM. It is better you have work experience to join the program, because the syllabus is based on the working professionals. -

Considering your score your first preference should be Amrita School of Business and then PSG.
Don't go for PGDM due to various reasons. First among those is not being the degree course hence not recognized all over the world.
