Which one is better to pursue among M.Tech and MCA?
I am a B.Tech currently teaching in a school. I am teaching computer Science to Class 6 to 8. I want to teach 11 and 12. Now that I have taken teaching as my career, will M.Tech be beneficial for me or MCA?

If you want to teach only 11 and 12th class students then you can do either M.Tech in CSE or MCA. I will recommend M.Tech in CSE over MCA as you will save one year of education and also after M.Tech you can teach in polytechnics and engineering colleges also beside schools.

Think only about M.Tech, do it in distance mode from KSOU/other
With your B.tech, you are eligible to teach in polytechnics/ engg. colleges as lecturer/teaching asst.
