Which one is better: UIET Kurukshetra for CSE or UIET Chandigarh for IT?

Well in terms of branch, CS at both colleges is equally good and students get packages as high as 2530 LPA at both colleges. However, by college NIT Kurukshetra has a bigger brand name than PEC and is among the top tier colleges in the country. PEC is also very good as a college but you will have a
