Both are degree courses.Bsc- 3years,Btech-4years.if you want a good job then prefer Btech or an instant degree then select Bsc.

BSC is good and Btech is an engineering degree , if you want to make career in physics, maths or chemistry then BSC is better. if you like research then theer is bright future n chemistry in India and abroad
