Jaypee would be surely the better option of the two. Jaypee noida with a nice infrastructure also offers all the best tech and exposure to the industries, for the well grooming of the students overall.

Both are average colleges but my suggestion is Jaypee University of Information Technology, Solan. JIIT, Solan's placement is better than that. In the past few years, Jaypee is doing better in comparison with Amity. Few years back, Amity used to be a very good choice.

Hello Friend, Jaypee Solan is better choice than amity Noida. However you can reconsider both of above colleges on the basis of your home location and other factors.
    All the best.

I don't know anything about Juit solan but I can tell you about Amity Noida. So, lets start -
    1. Best infrastructure
    2. Best environment
    3. Google developers group is here
    4. E-cell (entrepreneurship cell) group
    5. Maximum of IT companies visit for placement.
    6. Best possible location, surrounded by IT companies and every type of coaching.
    7. Unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi
    8. Best library
If you can study on your own (in every college CSE students do on their own), then Amity University is the best.
