That's quite a similar name:D. but not similar universities though. These two are completely different universities and I feel LPU is a much better option. After all LPU is known for its MBA. Their Mittal school of business is very famous for it. It has earned many awards and rankings for its business school. And many scholars have been getting really mind-blowing placements every year.
