Which one is good if we compare HCL CDC,NIIT,TCIL IT and C-DAC for Java course?

i am ec engineer from ahmedabad. i want to start my career in software, so decided to do java course i have some options like HCL CDC,NIIT,TCIL IT and C-DAC which one is good if we compare them all.

If u give Rank then
1) C-DAC
2)NIIT
3)TCIL IT
and HCL CDC is a fraud company don't take Addmission
