Which one is good M.Tech or MBA? Please suggest.

The decision would be based on your interest areas and long term career plans. If you want to pursue a career in academics / technical / research areas then M.Tech / MS would be a better option. However, if you want to move into general management / operations side, then MBA would be better.

As per mentioned courses, both are different. Actually, it depends on your interest like if you have interest in technical thing then you can do M.Tech and if you have interest in management the you can do MBA. But the value of these degrees will be more if you do M.Tech from IIT or MBA from an IIM.
