    IIT is related to the engineering field, whereas IIMS is related to the medical field. IIT and AIIMS are both held on an annual basis, and with limited seats, passing these exams becomes more difficult for students. Furthermore, the number of seats in medical colleges is much lower than in engineering colleges. Due to the lesser number of seats available in medical colleges and the high level of competition in AIIMS getting into a good medical college is challenging. As for difficulty level, AIIMS is slightly tougher than Joint Entrance Examination (JEE)-Mains but easier than Joint Entrance Examination JEE Advanced but that is subjecti

    If you look at the stats, AIIMS is harder to get into since more number of students appear for NEET than for IIT JEE. However if you look at the difficulty of the exams, IIT is harder to get into as it has two phases, and the paper is a bit tougher than NEET.
